Each time the boat changed hands, the state would be owed taxes and fees, which they have not received. So, that is the guy you bought it from and now you. The prior owner worked on boats and I kept hoping someone would come move the boat. The trailer still has old Texas plates (TX 292-08E). How do I go about finding the owner so I can send them a legal notice to remove the boat and trailer.
