Webb29 nov. 2024 · A right anterolateral thoracotomy was done and the right sixth rib with cyst segment was exposed. It was extending from near to costochondral junction to posterior third of the rib. The underlying visceral pleura and lung was free. The entire cyst was resected along with the adjacent parietal pleura and normal rib segment.
