Set up Reaper on your main DAW machine as a ReWire slave to your existing DAW (assuming it supports ReWire), and then run ReaMote on the other - and you should be good to go. There will likely be a page on the manufacturer's website for doing exactly that. If that doesn't do the trick (or if there are no drivers available), you'll need to look for an alternative.
