WebJun 18, 2016 · Ok installed the program and only way I see to delete a device when you cannot access the device is trash the family members profile ie highlight name and top right is a trash can option. that removes the device but you need to rebuild the profile. Of course calling support would be a safer way I just wanted to check if there was another way.
