Yesterday, I upgraded my Workspace app from 2111 to 2112 (thinking it might resolve the cursor issue) and my MacOS from 12.0 to 12.1 and now I can't connect to my primary VDI (a secondary VDI still works). I had some general WiFi network errors after upgrading, not related to Citrix, which also affected Citrix. If you have the same, you could try to switch wifi off and on.
